Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. This is a remote position based in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mainframe development, including experience with Mainframe DB2 for application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications.
- Design and implement solutions using Mainframe DB2.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug mainframe applications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mainframe technologies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Mainframe development environments.
- Expertise in Mainframe DB2 for application development.
- Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and systems.
- Experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and other relevant mainframe technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

Compensation
- Pay Rate: $50 – $55 per hour
