Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Support Analyst to join our team for an onsite position in San Bernardino, CA. This role requires L3 support and is a critical position for maintaining our mainframe operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mainframe environments and a strong understanding of support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for mainframe systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor mainframe system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Perform system analysis, design, and implementation of mainframe solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for mainframe systems and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mainframe Support Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of mainframe operating systems (e.g., z/OS).
- Experience with mainframe utilities and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with C2C contract engagements.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
