Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Mobile QA Analyst with a strong focus on mobile testing (Android and iOS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end payment flows and a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Rally is essential, along with basic SQL for backend data validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing primarily on Mobile platforms (Android, iOS).
  • Execute end-to-end payment flow testing.
  • Prepare test cases, execute tests, and provide status reporting.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or Rally.
  • Validate backend data using basic SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in manual testing, with a strong emphasis on mobile applications (Android, iOS).
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end payment flow testing.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Rally.
  • Basic SQL skills for data validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with onsite-offshore coordination is a plus.
  • Professionalism and strong time/task management skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Perfecto.
  • Basic understanding of Automation testing.

Technical Keywords:

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Must be LOCAL TO RALEIGH NC ONLY!

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $50 per year
