About the Role:
This role focuses on the design, development, and documentation of high-impact applications using Low-Code platforms to enhance manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for building Tulip apps and architecting Mendix solutions, ensuring seamless data flow through complex system interfaces while managing project barriers and technical risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Tulip application design and development process for shop-floor optimization.
- Responsible for the comprehensive design and technical documentation of Mendix applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize system interfaces.
- Facilitate status meetings to proactively communicate project health, risks, and issue resolution strategies.
- Maintain high levels of collaboration with project teams to remove development barriers and provide status updates.
Essential Skills:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Functional Consulting.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tulip app building and logic configuration.
- Strong technical background in Mendix design and documentation methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical interfaces across different enterprise teams.
- Advanced communication skills for leading stakeholder meetings and risk management.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Low-Code governance and best practices in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with integration protocols between MES and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Background in Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) consulting.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $124,800 – $140,400 per year
