Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned MarTech Architect with deep expertise across Adobe and enterprise marketing technology platforms. The role involves defining end-to-end MarTech architecture, driving digital transformation initiatives, and partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven, and personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end MarTech architecture across web, analytics, personalization, campaign management, and customer data platforms.
  • Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Front-end & Back end).
  • Lead architecture and integration for modern web platforms including WebFlow + Marketing integrations third party tools.
  • Drive Adobe Analytics strategy including implementation design, reporting frameworks, and insights enablement.
  • Architect and manage tag management solutions using Adobe Launch / Tags, including Adobe Client Data Layer, Event Driven Data Layer & Traditional data layer design.
  • Lead personalization and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target & Uniphore CDP Platform.
  • Design and implement solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including: Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
  • Enable Conversational AI and CDP integrations using platforms like Uniphore.
  • Architect and support Adobe Campaign implementations and campaign orchestration.
  • Design and integrate Marketo for B2B marketing automation use cases.
  • Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations, including Journey Builder and customer lifecycle orchestration & migration knowledge on Adobe Campaign Classic to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure strong data governance, consent management, privacy compliance, and data quality practices.
  • Define MarTech roadmaps, transformation strategies, and best practices for clients.
  • Lead client engagements including discovery workshops, solution architecture walkthroughs, demos, and POCs.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes.
  • Mentor teams and provide architectural governance across programs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 16+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Architecture, or MarTech Consulting.
  • Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in enterprise integrations, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer data models, identity, personalization, and omnichannel journeys.
  • Experience working in consulting-led engagements and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year

Location: Remote
