About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled MATLAB Simulink Developer with expertise in Stateflow Models to join our team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Shoreview/Fridley area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Simulink & Stateflow models from scratch.
- Perform performance simulations, including steady-state, dynamic, and transient analysis.
- Develop technical design documentation.
- Conduct product-level testing and validation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and validate models.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in MATLAB/Simulink Model-Based Development.
- Ability to design and develop Simulink & Stateflow models from scratch.
- Solid understanding of algorithm development and embedded systems.
- Experience with performance simulation (steady-state, dynamic, transient analysis).
- Knowledge of Mathematical modeling tools (MATLAB, Simulink, MathCAD, etc.).
- Experience in product-level testing and validation.
- Understanding of electrical systems & power generation concepts (distributed, standalone, centralized systems).
- Ability to create technical design documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Shoreview/Fridley area. Relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
