Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maximo Developer with strong experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and Maximo 7.6.x environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Maximo upgrades and possess solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python. This role requires hands-on experience with BIRT reporting, a strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON, and familiarity with Oracle 19c+ databases, Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY. The candidate must be able to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A background in the Energy & Utilities domain and familiarity with UI automation frameworks are considered nice-to-have skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the operational support of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions.
- Demonstrate overall understanding of Maximo-based solutions.
- Lead functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams (design, build, and test teams).
- Focus on user interface development and optimization within the Maximo platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Maximo configurations and customizations.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9)
- Hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6.x environments
- Proven experience with Maximo upgrades
- Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Experience with BIRT reporting
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Experience with Oracle 19c+ databases
- Familiarity with Liberty, Eclipse, PuTTY
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
