Job Summary:

Scalable Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Merger & Acquisitions Project Manager for a remote contract role. This position is open for C2C/W2 candidates and requires 8+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT Project Management for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration initiatives.
  • Manage application integration and migration projects.
  • Develop integration roadmaps and migration strategies for enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate with business, IT, and cross-functional teams during integration programs.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems and technology integration.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Provide project estimates, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Manage stakeholders and conduct executive communications.
  • Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and program updates.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT systems migration, application consolidation, and platform integration.
  • Work effectively with corporate business units, IT teams, and acquired organizations.
  • Apply strong risk management, issue resolution, and governance experience.
  • Utilize excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration.
  • Proven experience managing application integration and migration projects.
  • Ability to develop integration roadmaps and migration strategies for enterprise applications.
  • Experience coordinating with business, IT, and cross-functional teams during integration programs.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems and technology integration.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide project estimates, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Experience preparing executive summaries, status reports, and program updates.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems migration, application consolidation, and platform integration.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
