Job Summary:
We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Platform Owner for a remote contract role. This position requires immediate interviews and involves a duration of 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance and Access Control: Define and enforce role-based access using Microsoft Entra and Azure RBAC. Assign platform-specific roles like Copilot Owner and Copilot Contributor. Ensure least-privilege access models are followed for sensitive data.
- Platform Configuration and Administration: Configure platform settings, plugins, and embedded experiences. Manage onboarding and provisioning of users and teams. Oversee integration with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) for Copilot for Service.
- Security and Compliance Oversight: Apply conditional access policies to protect AI interactions. Monitor usage and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Coordinate with Security Administrators to manage sensitive data access.
- User Enablement and Support: Facilitate training and enablement for contributors and end users. Troubleshoot permission-related issues and ensure smooth user experience. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Recent 4 Years of Experience in Copilot Platform.
- 14+ Years of overall experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra and Azure RBAC.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce.
- Understanding of conditional access policies and enterprise security standards.
- Experience in user enablement and support.
- C2C and C2H roles are available.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year
