Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Architect (Healthcare Payer Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect with a specialization in the Healthcare Payer domain. This is a remote, C2C contract role where you will be instrumental in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

About the Role:

As a hands-on senior architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Service, and Customer Insights, within the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare framework. You will lead the architecture and integration efforts across Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and core payer systems. Your expertise will drive the creation of a unified Member 360 and Customer Insights ecosystem, leveraging Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and FHIR-based interoperability. You will also ensure HIPAA compliance, strong governance, and adherence to DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale solutions across complex, multi-CRM environments.
  • Provide expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights).
  • Manage data integrations with Dataverse, including Dataverse Virtual Tables and real-time data integrations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) data model and accelerators.
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with Dynamics 365 for omnichannel member engagement.
  • Design Customer Insights Snowflake integrations for real-time data unification and analytics.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Power Platform, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory), and API Management.
  • Familiarity with FHIR APIs, HL7 integration, and healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and environment governance for efficient development and deployment.
  • Work effectively within a Safe-Agile environment.
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare payer systems and business processes (claims, UM, care management, provider data).
  • Build a unified Member 360 and Customer Insights ecosystem.
  • Drive automation and analytics using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/Co-pilot capabilities.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance, strong governance, and DevOps best practices.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align Dynamics 365 solutions with payer strategy, member engagement, and digital transformation goals.

Must-Have Skills:

Compensation & Location
