Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect with a focus on the Healthcare Payer domain. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. You will lead the architecture and integration across various platforms, ensuring a unified member and customer data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights solutions within the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare framework.
  • Architect and manage integrations between Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and core payer systems (claims, utilization management, provider data, care management).
  • Develop a unified Member 360 and Customer Insights ecosystem leveraging Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and FHIR-based interoperability standards.
  • Drive automation and analytics initiatives using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/Co-pilot capabilities.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance, robust governance, and adherence to DevOps best practices across all environments.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align Dynamics 365 solutions with payer strategies, member engagement goals, and digital transformation objectives.
  • Work effectively in an Agile/Safe-Agile environment.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, multi-CRM environments.
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights).
  • Proficiency in Dataverse, including Virtual Tables and real-time data integrations.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) data model and accelerators.
  • Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with Dynamics 365 for omnichannel member engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in designing Customer Insights Snowflake integrations for real-time data unification and analytics.
  • Deep expertise in Power Platform, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory), and API Management.
  • Familiarity with FHIR APIs, HL7 integration, and healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment governance.
  • Experience working in Safe-Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer systems and business processes (claims, UM, care management, provider data).

Special Requirements

Domain: Health Care. Working in Safe-Agile experience is a must. HIPAA compliance is required.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
