Role Overview: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect
Tek Inspirations is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level CRM solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Middletown, PA, requiring one week per month on-site. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural integrity of Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, robust, and efficient technical designs. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in complex environments, particularly within the public sector or large-scale infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Leadership
- Lead the architectural design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Oversee at least two full life-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations, providing senior technical guidance from discovery through deployment.
- Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and complex integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement integration patterns between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Web APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and map them to out-of-the-box features or custom extensions.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ensure alignment with Azure cloud services and DevOps best practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development and systems architecture.
- Extensive experience in government, public-sector, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the tolling, transportation, or infrastructure sectors is a significant advantage.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications such as MB-600 (Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-600.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and database management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
