Job Summary:

Nexon IT is seeking a Microsoft System Center Engineer for an onsite position in South Carolina. This role requires extensive experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and experience in the healthcare or government sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft System Center Service Manager.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
  • Utilize Cireson or Orchestrator for automation and workflow management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
  • Knowledge of Cireson or Orchestrator.
  • Experience in healthcare or government project environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type:

This position is available for C2C and W2 employment and is an onsite role in South Carolina.
