Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MicroStrategy architecture, report/dashboard development, and data modeling to support business intelligence needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Develop schema objects, metrics, filters, and prompts
- Optimize report performance and ensure scalability
- Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with ETL and data warehouse teams
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in MicroStrategy development (reports & dashboards)
- Expertise in MicroStrategy Architecture & Schema Design
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, etc.)
- Good understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema)

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
