Job Description: ML/AI Business Applications Developer
We are seeking a skilled ML/AI Business Applications Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing machine learning and AI models tailored for business applications. You will be instrumental in building, training, and optimizing models across various domains including deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI use cases.
Key responsibilities include working with large datasets for data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. You will be responsible for evaluating, validating, and tuning models to enhance accuracy, performance, and robustness. A critical part of this role is deploying models into production environments using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability through tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models for business applications.
- Build, train, and optimize models across deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI use cases.
- Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Evaluate, validate, and tune models to improve accuracy, performance, and robustness.
- Deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Implement scalable and reliable model serving using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor model performance in production, identify drift, and retrain models as needed.
- Apply MLOps practices to automate training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and platform teams.
- Research, evaluate, and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java/C.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience processing and analyzing data using tools like Pandas and Apache Spark.
- Experience deploying and operating solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI models.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $57 – $57 per year
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
