Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ML/AI Business Applications Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions for business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable AI models, working with large datasets, and implementing production-ready systems using modern MLOps and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data preprocessing to production deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models for business applications.
- Build, train, and optimize models across: Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Generative AI.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large datasets.
- Evaluate, validate, and fine-tune models to improve performance, accuracy, and robustness.
- Deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Implement scalable model serving using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor production models, detect drift, and retrain as needed.
- Apply MLOps practices for automation of model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring workflows.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and platform teams.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to real-world use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or Java/C++.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data processing tools: Pandas, Apache Spark.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Experience in deploying ML models into production environments.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with real-time or large-scale data processing systems.
- Exposure to generative AI technologies and LLMs.
- Understanding of API development and microservices architecture.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
