Position Summary
Yashnee Tech is looking for a visionary Mobile Architect with a heavy emphasis on iOS development to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade mobile applications in Seattle, Washington. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic architectural thinking and hands-on coding expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the mobile roadmap, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure mobile solutions. With a split focus of approximately 60% iOS and 40% Android, you will serve as the technical authority for our mobile engineering efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex, high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Define and maintain mobile architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Conduct hands-on coding for critical components, proof-of-concepts, and complex features.
- Evaluate and recommend new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development efficiency and application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend architects to align mobile strategies with business goals.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of mobile applications through rigorous testing and architectural reviews.
- Optimize mobile application performance, including memory management, network usage, and battery consumption.
- Manage the mobile application release process, including App Store and Google Play Store submissions.
- Stay current with the latest trends and updates in the iOS and Android ecosystems (Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose).
Technical Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and a strong understanding of the iOS SDK.
- Significant experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java) and the Android framework.
- Proven track record as a Mobile Architect, designing enterprise-level mobile solutions from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with cross-platform considerations and integrating mobile apps with complex backend microservices.
- Proficiency in mobile security best practices, including data encryption and secure authentication protocols.
- Strong experience with CI/CD for mobile, including tools like Fastlane, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $190,000 – $250,000 per year (Estimated)
