Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Model N GPM Techno-Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for the Model N Global Pricing Management (GPM) platform. The role focuses on supporting global pricing and market access operations within the Pharma / Life Sciences domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in global pricing along with hands-on technical skills in application and data troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Model N GPM, including:
- Global Pricing
- IRP (International Reference Pricing) simulations
- Country price rules
- Launch pricing workflows
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution across:
- Application issues
- Data discrepancies
- Configuration defects
- Support pricing calculations, validations, and reconciliations across global markets
- Configure and maintain:
- Country-specific pricing rules
- Pricing policies
- Workflows
- Reference data
- Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues with upstream and downstream systems
- Support release activities, UAT cycles, and production deployments
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base artifacts
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Model N GPM (Global Pricing Management)
- Strong understanding of pharma global pricing and market access processes
- Experience working in AMS / MSP / Production Support environments
- Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills (SQL preferred)
- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain, preferably in regulated environments
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with IRP simulations and global launch pricing
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Cognos
- Knowledge of ERP or finance system integrations
Additional Notes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
- Prior experience in global or multi-country pricing operations is highly preferred

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
