Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Model N GPM Techno Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract position based in Boston, MA. This role is crucial for providing L2/L3 production support for the Model N Global Pricing Management (GPM) platform, which is integral to our international pricing and market access operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong global pricing functional expertise and hands-on experience in application and data troubleshooting within the pharma/life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for the Model N GPM platform, focusing on Global Pricing, IRP simulations, country price rules, and launch pricing workflows.
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for issues related to application, data, and configuration.
- Support pricing calculations, validations, and reconciliations across various countries and markets.
- Configure and maintain country-specific rules, pricing policies, workflows, and reference data within the Model N GPM system.
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues with upstream and downstream systems.
- Assist with releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and knowledge assets.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with the Model N GPM platform is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical global pricing and international market access processes.
- Proven experience in AMS (Application Management Services) / MSP (Managed Service Provider) / Production Support environments.
- Strong data analysis skills; SQL proficiency is preferred.
- Experience within the Pharma / Life Sciences domain, particularly in regulated environments.
Nice to Have Skills
- Exposure to IRP simulations and global launch pricing strategies.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Cognos.
- Knowledge of ERP or finance system integrations.

Work Environment
The position is based in Boston, MA, and requires an onsite presence. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. The bill rate for this contract is $75/hr C2C or $70/hr W2.
Special Requirements
All Visa – Onsite. Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience in regulated environments.
