Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Model N GPM Techno Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for the Model N Global Pricing Management (GPM) platform. This role is crucial for supporting international pricing and market access operations and requires a strong blend of functional expertise in global pricing and hands-on troubleshooting skills for application and data issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for the Model N GPM platform, focusing on Global Pricing, IRP simulations, country-specific price rules, and launch pricing workflows.
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for issues spanning application, data, and configuration.
- Support and validate pricing calculations, ensuring accuracy across different countries and markets.
- Configure and maintain essential elements of the platform, including country rules, pricing policies, workflows, and reference data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues with upstream and downstream systems.
- Assist with releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and knowledge assets for the platform.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with the Model N GPM platform is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical global pricing strategies and international market access processes.
- Proven experience in AMS (Application Management Services) / MSP (Managed Service Provider) / Production Support environments.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with SQL proficiency being a strong advantage.
- Experience within the Pharma / Life Sciences domain, particularly in regulated environments.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to IRP simulations and global launch pricing scenarios.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Cognos.
- Knowledge of ERP or finance system integrations.
