Job Overview
We are looking for skilled MongoDB Developers and Salesforce Lead Developers for urgent roles. These positions require significant experience and specific cloud/platform expertise. Position 1: Mongo DB Developer
- Experience: 10+ years
- Location: Hartford, CT (No remote work for this role)
- Skills Required:
- Required experience on Atlas with streaming.
- Developing and implementing MongoDB queries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL database management.
- Linux systems knowledge.
- Understanding of MongoDB performance tuning capabilities.
- Experience with code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or any other cloud platform.
- Familiarity with DevOps automation tools.
- Good grasp of MongoDB’s aggregation framework.
Position 2: Salesforce Lead Developer
- Experience: 10+ years
- Location: Hartford, CT
- Skills Required:
- Required experience on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent Force.
- Developer II certification required.
- Extensive Design and Development experience in enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, including reports, workflow, and working with multiple SFDC objects.
- Must have hands-on working experience on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent Force.
- Ability to perform independent code development and certify/review code developed by self and other team members to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Experience with Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs is a plus.
- Business Analysis skills to understand business problems and propose the best technical solutions.
- Ability to maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
- Strong communication, technical, and virtual collaboration skills are a must.
- Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and the ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
