Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MS CRM Dynamic Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and evolving CRM capabilities that power client and crew experiences. You will work in a product-aligned, Agile environment, partnering closely with Product Owners, architects, and peer engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions across our CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom code, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics CRM.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners and architects to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in MS CRM Dynamic Development.
- Proven experience in designing, building, and evolving CRM capabilities.
- Experience working in a product-aligned, Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant development technologies.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Location:
This is a hybrid onsite role with potential locations in Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA. Locals are preferred as interviews will be in-person.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
