Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join one of our client’s teams. This is a 100% onsite role requiring local candidates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM functional areas, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service management. You will be responsible for developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRMCE applications, building plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript enhancements. This role also involves configuring entities, fields, relationships, and security roles, as well as managing solution packaging and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dynamics CRM Development: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRMCE apps.
- Build plugins (C#), custom workflows, and JavaScript enhancements.
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
- Power Platform & M365: Build and extend Power Apps (Model-Driven/Canvas) (good to have).
- Automate processes using Power Automate.
- Work with SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 integrations.
- CRM Configuration: Configure entities, fields, relationships, solutions, and security roles.
- Manage solution packaging and deployment between environments.
- Integration & API Work: Use CRM Web API (REST, OData) for integrations.
- Work with Azure Functions/Logic Apps (optional).
- Support & Maintenance: Analyze issues and provide timely fixes.
- Perform testing and ensure high-quality deployments.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service management.
- Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, and integrations development.
- Sound in core .NET technology and related areas: Web Services, SSIS, SQL Server.
- Experience in deployment aspects.
- Good and assertive communication and articulation skills.
- Experience of working as an MS CRM Developer for at least 2 projects.
Additional Information:
- This is a 100% onsite role located in Austin, TX.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- The duration is approximately 6 months.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
