Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service management. This is a contract position requiring 5 days a week onsite work in Austin, TX. We are specifically looking for local candidates.

Role Descriptions:

  • Proficient in CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service management.
  • Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and customization development.
  • Skilled in integrations development within the Dynamics CRM ecosystem.
  • Sound knowledge of core .NET technology and related areas such as Web Services, SSIS, and SQL Server.
  • Experience in deployment aspects of CRM solutions.
  • Possess good and assertive communication and articulation skills.
  • Minimum of 2 projects experience working as an MS CRM Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynamics CRM Development: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM CE applications.
  • Build plugins (C#), custom workflows, and JavaScript enhancements.
  • Customize forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Power Platform M365: Build/extend Power Apps (Model-Driven/Canvas) (good to have).
  • Automate processes using Power Automate.
  • Work with SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 integrations.
  • CRM Configuration: Configure entities, fields, relationships, solutions, and security roles.
  • Manage solution packaging and deployment between environments.
  • Integration API Work: Use CRM Web API (REST/OData) for integrations.
  • Work with Azure Functions/Logic Apps (optional).
  • Support & Maintenance: Analyze issues and provide timely fixes.
  • Perform testing and ensure high-quality deployments.

Required Skills:

  • Experience as an MS CRM Developer for at least 2 projects.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and customization.
  • Knowledge of .NET technology, Web Services, SSIS, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and M365 integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM Web API (REST/OData) for integrations.
  • Strong communication and articulation skills.

Location:

  • Austin, TX (5 Days a week Onsite)
