About the Roles: Mulesoft Technical Lead / Sr. Developer & UX Designer
DevRabbit IT Solutions Inc. is actively seeking talented professionals for two distinct roles: a Mulesoft Technical Lead / Sr. Developer for an onsite position in Orlando, FL, and a UX Designer for a remote opportunity. We are looking for experienced individuals who can bring their expertise to our client’s projects and contribute to innovative solutions.
Role 1: Mulesoft Technical Lead / Sr. Developer
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite and FL Locals only)
Experience: 12+ years mandatory
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Mule 4.
- Expertise in DataWeave 2.0 for data transformation.
- Extensive experience with REST/SOAP Web Services development and integration.
- Deep understanding of API-led architecture and common integration patterns.
- Proficiency in security implementations, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSL.
- Experience with CloudHub or On-Prem Mule runtime environments.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, JSON, and XML protocols and data formats.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and build tools like Maven.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Role 2: UX Designer
Location: Remote
Experience: 10+ years mandatory
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working in agile development environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
