Job Opportunity: Mulesoft Technical Lead / Sr. Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mulesoft Technical Lead / Sr. Developer to join our client’s team for an onsite position in Orlando, Florida. This role requires a strong technical background in MuleSoft, API-led architecture, and a proven track record of leading development efforts.
Role Overview:
As a Mulesoft Technical Lead / Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft technologies. You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of complex integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
- Develop and implement APIs using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform, adhering to API-led connectivity principles.
- Utilize DataWeave 2.0 for complex data transformations.
- Implement RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Apply security best practices, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSL.
- Deploy and manage Mule runtimes, either on CloudHub or on-premises.
- Work with various data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Utilize version control systems like Git and build tools like Maven.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in client interviews and provide technical expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12+ years of mandatory experience in IT, with a significant portion focused on integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Mule 4.
- Expertise in DataWeave 2.0.
- Proven experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Deep understanding of API-led architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with security implementations: OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL.
- Experience with either CloudHub or On-Prem Mule runtime environments.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, JSON, and XML.
- Proficiency with Git and Maven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.
