Role Overview
Hallmark Global Technologies is seeking a highly skilled MWMS System Administrator for a critical 100% onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic warehouse management environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the ongoing implementation and maintenance of the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) and Transportation Management (TM) platforms. As a key member of the CCG warehouse implementation team, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of these mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of Manhattan Active WM and TM platforms.
- Execute complex test scenarios and actively participate in the defect management process to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the ongoing CCG warehouse implementation project.
- Monitor system performance and perform MVS System Administration tasks to maintain high availability.
- Publish and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Manhattan Active platform in a timely manner.
Technical Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in System Administration, specifically within a warehouse management context.
- Foundational knowledge and hands-on exposure to Manhattan Active WMS and TM modules.
- Proven experience with Manhattan Active platform implementations is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MVS System Administration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations within the MWMS environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in a contract-to-hire environment with a focus on long-term operational excellence.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year (Estimated)
