Job Description: nCino Developer
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in nCino to join our remote team. This role requires a candidate with specific certifications and hands-on experience in both nCino and Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain nCino functionalities, including UI, Product Hierarchy, Collateral, Credit Underwriting, Docman, SmartChecklist, and Customer Portal.
- Utilize AutoRabit for pushing Metadata and RBC through pipelines.
- Engage in DevOps processes, including commits, merges, deployments, and pulls using Git.
- Implement Salesforce solutions including Flows, Apex, triggers, Approval Processes, batch processing, SOQL, SOSL, and integrations.
- Configure and manage integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
- Leverage Lightning Flows, validation rules, and Apex Coding for robust Salesforce development.
- Work with architecture and design principles in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Salesforce PD1 certification.
- Minimum nCino 201 certification.
- Hands-on experience with nCino functionality (UI, Product hierarchy, Collateral, Credit UW, Docman, SmartChecklist, Customer Portal).
- Proficiency with AutoRabit for metadata and RBC deployment.
- Experience with DevOps processes and Git.
- Strong Salesforce development skills: Flows, Apex, triggers, Approval processes, batch processing, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations: Named Creds, Connected Apps, Platform Events.
- Expertise in Lightning Flows, validation rules, and Apex Coding.
- Self-learner with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design.
- Experience in Commercial or Private lending is preferred.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
About the Role:
This is a remote contract position with a duration of 6 months. We are looking for a proactive and experienced developer who can quickly integrate into our team and contribute to our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in nCino and Salesforce development.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
