About the Role:
Siri Info Solutions is seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in nCino to join our team. This role is ideal for a certified professional who possesses a deep understanding of nCino functionalities and Salesforce development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions within the nCino platform, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and adherence to best practices in software development and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions within the nCino platform, leveraging your expertise in its core functionalities.
- Implement and manage Salesforce components, including Flows, Apex, triggers, and batch processing, to support nCino operations.
- Ensure seamless integration between nCino and Salesforce, utilizing platform events and other integration methods.
- Utilize AutoRabit for pushing metadata and RBC through pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
- Adhere to DevOps processes, including Git for version control, commits, merges, deployments, and pull requests.
- Work with Lightning flows, validation rules, and Apex coding to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, particularly in Commercial or Private lending environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to nCino and Salesforce integrations.
- Contribute to architectural design and decision-making, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- Act as a self-learner, continuously expanding expertise in Salesforce architecture and design.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Salesforce PD1 certification.
- Minimum nCino 201 certification.
- Hands-on work experience with nCino functionality, including UI, Product Hierarchy, Collateral, Credit UW, Docman, Smart Checklist, and Customer Portal.
- Required experience with AutoRabit for metadata and RBC pipeline management.
- Comfortable with DevOps processes (Commits, Merges, deployments, pulls, etc.) and proficiency with Git.
- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Flows, Apex, triggers, Approval processes, batch processing, SOQL, SOSL, and Integrations using Named Credentials and Connected Apps.
- Proficiency with platform events for real-time data synchronization.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture and design.
- Strong experience with Lightning flows, validation rules, and Apex Coding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Commercial or Private lending.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices beyond AutoRabit.
- Familiarity with other Salesforce clouds or related financial technology platforms.
Special Requirements
Must have nCino 201 Certifications along with Salesforce PD1. Preferred to have prior experience in Commercial or Private lending. AutoRabit experience required. Comfortable with DevOps process (Commits, Merges, deployments, pulls etc) and proficiency with Git. Strong experience with Lightning flows, validation rules, and Apex Coding. Needs to be self-learner with a certain expertise in architecture and design in Salesforce.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
