Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical .NET Backend Tech Lead to join our engineering team in Alpharetta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities and Technical Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of .NET Core and C# backend applications, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
  • Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that serve as the backbone for high-volume banking platforms.
  • Drive system architecture decisions, focusing on performance optimization, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery across the entire software development life cycle.
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies using Docker, and orchestration via Kubernetes.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical mastery.
  • Ensure all backend systems comply with strict security protocols and regulatory standards inherent in the financial services industry.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and promote the adoption of SOLID principles and design patterns.

Technical Requirements and Expertise

  • Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API in a professional enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing Microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL Server and experience with NoSQL database solutions for handling diverse data types.
  • Strong experience with cloud-native development on platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including the use of Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment tools.
  • Solid understanding of system design patterns, including event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging systems.
  • Prior experience working within the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred, including knowledge of secure coding practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage onsite client interactions effectively.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
