Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior or Principal Full Stack Developer to lead enterprise-grade application development initiatives in Coppell, TX. This is a hands-on technical role that focuses on the design, construction, and enhancement of scalable full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, software architecture, and Agile Scrum delivery to provide high-performance applications for the enterprise. We are looking for a local Texas candidate who can contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead Full Stack Developer, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using .NET Core, SQL, and asynchronous programming.
- Architect and implement REST APIs to support seamless data exchange between services.
- Dedicate approximately 50-60% of work effort to developing and enhancing modern frontend applications using Angular.
- Apply advanced software architecture principles to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Perform complex data modeling and lead technical design decisions for new features and system upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and QA, within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews, technical brainstorming sessions, and complex troubleshooting.
- Utilize modern tools and methodologies to streamline and improve the development pipeline.
- Explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to increase productivity.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert-level proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, specifically .NET Core and C#.
- Strong database skills with SQL Server, including performance tuning and complex query design.
- Extensive experience with Angular (latest versions) for building responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Proven track record of working in Agile Scrum teams and understanding the ceremonies involved.
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and data modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of the CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) design pattern is highly desirable.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and building high-concurrency applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful service design and implementation.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a significant plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
