Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with Workday integration expertise to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience along with hands-on exposure to Workday integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services
  • Develop and support Workday integrations (APIs, web services, data integrations)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Work on front-end and back-end development ensuring seamless functionality
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
  • Maintain and enhance database structures and queries

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
    • C# programming
    • ASP.NET MVC and/or Web API development
    • RESTful API development and integrations
    • Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (APIs, web services, or data integration)
  • Front-end development experience with:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • jQuery
    • Angular and/or React.js
  • Experience with:
    • ADO.NET / Entity Framework
    • SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development

  • Must be local to Lincoln, NE
  • Valid Drivers License required (no exceptions)

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
