Role Summary
We are looking for a talented .Net Full Stack Developer to join our remote engineering team. This role is ideal for a developer with at least 3 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable enterprise web applications. You will work with a modern technology stack, including .NET Core, Microservices, and AWS Cloud, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our global stakeholders. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while remaining deeply integrated into our collaborative Agile delivery process.
Core Responsibilities
- Write, test, and maintain clean, high-quality code using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
- Integrate .NET components with various internal and external systems, including third-party APIs and diverse data sources.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, such as code comments, design notes, and interface specifications.
- Engage in code reviews and follow industry best practices to ensure application reliability and security.
- Stay current with the latest features in the .NET ecosystem and cloud capabilities (Azure/AWS) to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
- Solid understanding of database design and management using SQL and MySQL.
- Experience with Entity Framework (EF) Core and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, for application deployment and management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and modern development tools.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies and full-stack development principles.
Agile Methodology and Sprint Cycles
Our development process is rooted in Agile principles. You will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. This collaborative approach ensures that we remain responsive to changing requirements and can deliver value to our clients incrementally. You will be expected to manage your tasks effectively within Jira or similar tools, providing accurate estimates and meeting sprint goals consistently. Your ability to work within a team-oriented environment while maintaining high individual productivity is essential.
Cloud Integration and DevOps
As we continue to migrate and scale our applications in the cloud, your knowledge of AWS will be essential. You will work closely with our DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that code is deployed safely and efficiently. Understanding how to leverage cloud-native services for storage, messaging, and compute will allow you to build more resilient and cost-effective applications. Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
