Role Overview
Tanisha Systems Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior .Net Full Stack Developer for a long-term contract engagement in Stamford, CT. This onsite position requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of industry experience to lead and contribute to complex software engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep mastery of the .NET ecosystem and modern front-end frameworks, specifically React.js, to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and React.js.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise-level functionality.
- Utilize Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access and management within SQL Server environments.
- Leverage Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, and Storage, to deploy and scale applications.
- Implement modern front-end interfaces using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and state management libraries like Redux or React Query.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
- Monitor and debug application performance using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain coding standards.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core (non-negotiable) and C#.
- Strong experience with React.js, NodeJs, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Git, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
