Role Overview
Prophecy Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Full Stack Developer with a strong specialization in React.js for a critical contract engagement based in Newark, NJ. This role is designed for a technical professional who can operate with a high degree of independence, designing and creating program code that is not only functional but also highly structured, easily maintained, and strictly compliant with established department standards. As a senior member of the development team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of application components, ensuring that every line of code contributes to a robust and scalable enterprise ecosystem.
Technical Requirements and Stack
- Expertise in core programming languages: C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep proficiency in the .NET Platform, specifically .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Advanced front-end development experience using React.js and modern JS frameworks like jQuery.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, including App Services and Azure Functions.
- Strong database development skills in SQL Server, including performance tuning, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and principles, including Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design, develop, and maintain program code that meets rigorous quality and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze and validate complex computer program specifications, providing technical insight to project leads.
- Prepare comprehensive test data and perform exhaustive program and application testing to ensure production readiness.
- Evaluate the scope and impact of programming changes across the entire system architecture.
- Maintain all compile jobs, code modules, and screens required for testing and production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Scrum teams to align code with the broader application architecture.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and QA walkthroughs to drive continuous improvement.

Experience within the Investments Industry is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Salary: $145,000 – $190,000 per year
