Role Summary
The .Net Full Stack Tech Lead is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the technical direction and execution of high-performance web applications within the Investment Management domain. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on technical prowess, requiring the lead to navigate all facets of the development lifecycle. From initial design to final production support, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will serve as a mentor to an agile team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement while managing complex backlogs and release activities via JIRA.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional agile development team, providing hands-on oversight of daily development, design, testing, and planning activities.
- SDLC Management: Execute across every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Cloud Transformation: Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern SaaS and cloud-based solutions, specifically leveraging the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in annual and periodic roadmap planning sessions with project managers and key stakeholders, presenting team status updates to steering committees and leadership groups.
- Resource Planning: Proactively identify and plan for resource needs to support evolving business initiatives, facilitating the onboarding and integration of new team members and partners.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, streamline workflows, and improve overall software outcomes.
- Compliance: Uphold and enforce departmental policies and procedures, ensuring consistent compliance across the entire development team.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Backend Development: 10+ years of experience in web application development using C#, REST APIs with .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Frontend Development: 10+ years of experience in UI development utilizing React, Bootstrap, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Database Management: 10+ years of experience in SQL development, including the creation and optimization of procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Azure Cloud: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, and Active Directory, integrated with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Domain Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with industry experience in Investment Management or related financial services.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $170,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
