Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Lead with a Fullstack background to join our team. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring candidates to be based in or willing to work from Fort Mill, SC, or New York. The ideal candidate must possess strong AWS .Net profiles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Crucially, candidates must be certified in both AWS Developer and Microsoft technologies. A strong background in financial services is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack .Net development efforts, ensuring high-quality code and efficient solutions.
- Leverage AWS services for handling large data volumes and implementing downstream integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure the application is scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .Net, AWS, and financial industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in .Net development.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack .Net Lead.
- Must hold certifications in both AWS Developer and Microsoft technologies.
- Extensive experience in the financial services domain.
- Proficiency in handling large data volumes using AWS.
- Experience with implementing downstream integrations.
- Strong understanding of .Net framework and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
