About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented .NET Lead with strong AWS expertise to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is an onsite role from day one, requiring a leader who can guide technical planning, requirements gathering, and project delivery. You will serve as a technical lead and mentor, ensuring the development and continual improvement of services while collaborating closely with client leads and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimation, development, testing, project management, and architecture.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing support and guidance for service development and improvement.
- Collaborate on the design and development of appropriate solutions with client leads and/or project architects.
- Ensure implementation and deployment adhere to best practices and client standards.
- Engage in the creation of technical documentation and user stories.
- Conduct code audits and reviews as required.
- Develop unit testing for code components per user stories.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
- Participate in the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and backlog per sprint, assisting the Project Manager in project planning.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and report technical blockers to the project lead.
- Attend sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience with a passion for coding.
- Proficient expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
- Well-versed in various AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EKS, Glue, Elasticsearch, and EMR.
- Experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks.
- Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; adept at root cause analysis using logs and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experienced in working with and leading globally distributed teams.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Recognized as a future technology leader with a drive for continuous growth and innovation.
- Client-facing and consulting experience highly valued.
- Strong foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
