Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with strong Azure DevOps expertise to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. This role requires technical leadership, architecture design skills, and team mentoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Architect and implement scalable, secure solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates / Bicep / Terraform
- Work with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Cloud teams
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Technical Skills Required:
Backend & Development
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- RESTful API design and development
- Entity Framework / LINQ
- SQL Server / Azure SQL Database

Locals Preferred, Hybrid role
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
