Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our healthcare technology division. This is a pivotal role where you will design, develop, and take full ownership of end-to-end workflows and features within our complex healthcare application ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to follow established design patterns, adhere to SOLID principles, and champion industry best practices throughout the software development life cycle.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end workflows and features, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Build robust full-stack solutions utilizing C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Apply advanced object-oriented design, clean architecture, and SOLID principles to ensure code quality and longevity.
  • Implement critical design patterns such as Dependency Injection (DI), Repository, and Factory patterns.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs to facilitate healthcare data exchange.
  • Integrate SMART on FHIR applications with various EMR/EHR systems to enhance clinical workflows.
  • Architect and build cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), and Azure Storage.
  • Manage application configurations and secrets securely using Azure App Configuration and Azure Key Vault.
  • Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for comprehensive CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management.
  • Write and maintain rigorous unit and integration tests using frameworks like xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, and Karma.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using Azure Application Insights.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure team-wide maintainability.

Healthcare Domain Expertise

This position requires a specialized focus on healthcare interoperability. Candidates must possess significant experience with EMR/EHR integrations and a strong working knowledge of FHIR standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the stringent security and data integrity requirements of the healthcare industry. Your expertise in SMART on FHIR will be essential in creating seamless, integrated experiences for healthcare providers and patients alike. We are looking for a developer who understands the nuances of clinical data and can translate complex medical requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Professional Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of autonomy and the ability to manage feature-level performance, reliability, and security. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A focus on continuous improvement and a passion for staying current with the latest developments in the .NET and Angular ecosystems are vital. Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year
