Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hands-on .Net Tech Lead with a strong background in trading API development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performance trading API and will possess deep domain expertise in Wealth Management, including Trading, Equity, and related financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a high-performance trading API.
  • Develop and maintain robust .Net applications and services.
  • Utilize AWS services such as Glue, EKS, SQS, Lambda, and EC2 in the development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Mandatory Domain Expertise

  • Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services.
  • In-depth understanding of Trading, Equity, and Bonds.
  • Knowledge of Payment processing systems.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC).
  • Experience with Risk and fraud systems.
  • Understanding of Financial data security standards.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in .Net framework and C#.
  • Experience with AWS services (Glue, EKS, SQS, Lambda, EC2).
  • Strong experience with Angular.
  • Experience in trading API development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certification (Solutions Architect/Developer Associate).
  • Experience working with large financial institutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type

This role is primarily onsite, but we are open to considering Full-Time candidates with the possibility of a remote option for exceptional individuals who are ready to work in the EST time zone.

Must be ready to work in EST time zone. Wealth Management (Trading, Equity, Etc.) domain expertise required.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
