Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced .Net Tech Lead with Angular expertise for a hybrid role in Tampa, FL. This is a contract position with a duration of 12+ months. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in .NET development, Angular, SQL, and MongoDB, with strong leadership and architectural skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using the .NET framework.
  • Develop and code software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend their adoption where applicable.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ Years of experience.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, and MongoDB.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Duration: 12+ Months.
  • Pay Rate: $57/hr on C2C (All Inclusive Implementation 6% VMS Charges) – Non-negotiable.
