Job Summary
Vizon Inc. is looking for a specialized Netcracker / OSS Consultant with over 4 years of genuine, hands-on experience. This remote role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and customization of Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms for major telecommunications clients. As a consultant, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring high-quality delivery of complex telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Netcracker BSS/OSS solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional designs and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize core Netcracker modules including Billing, CRM, and Order Management (OM).
- Manage Product Catalog configurations and Mediation layer integrations.
- Support end-to-end system integrations with both upstream and downstream applications.
- Actively participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform defect fixing, release management, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform performance tuning to ensure system stability.
- Prepare detailed solution documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants within the project team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of genuine experience specifically with Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms.
- Deep understanding of telecom business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one or more primary Netcracker modules (Billing, CRM, OM, etc.).
- Proven track record in client-facing consulting or delivery-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, API management, and data flow architecture.
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
