Job Summary:
Our client, CTS, is seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional professional to join their team for a remote engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite implementations, support, and development, with a strong emphasis on SuiteScript and core NetSuite modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading end-to-end implementations and ensuring data integrity and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and support projects, covering OneWorld, O2C, P2P, R2R, Inventory, and FAM modules.
- Design complete system flows across integrated environments, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Develop and optimize SuiteScript (2.x/2.1) with a focus on governance limits, concurrency, and performance for high-volume transactions.
- Design, troubleshoot, and manage REST/SOAP integrations and data flows via middleware (Celigo, Boomi, Workato), including error handling and reconciliation.
- Ensure data consistency and accurate General Ledger (GL) impact through validation frameworks, reconciliation processes, and cross-system data checks.
- Utilize SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/CircleCI) for structured deployments, code reviews, and environment management.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude/GPT) for code optimization, log analysis, and documentation.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and enforce best practices within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 9-12 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation and support projects.
- Expert-level SuiteScript (2.x/2.1) development skills.
- Deep expertise in NetSuite modules including Inventory, Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Financials (FAM).
- Proven experience designing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with middleware solutions like Celigo, Boomi, or Workato.
- Proficiency with SDF, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI tools for development and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
