Job Overview
Provide end-to-end project management support for Network and Operational Technology (OT) initiatives, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans coordinating Company stakeholders, vendors, and OEM partners.
- Establish and lead project governance cadence, including status meetings, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Network, OT, Telecom, Grid Services, Security, Operations, and field teams.
- Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, and change control to ensure alignment with project objectives and operational requirements.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to maintain delivery timelines.
- Support initiatives across key Network and OT domains, including Land Mobile Radio (LMR), Private LTE (PLTE), Grid Services, and Call Recording systems.
- Manage vendor and partner activities to ensure deliverables are met in accordance with the integrated project plan.
Requirements
- Must live no further than 45 minutes from San Diego.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Must provide a 4-5 pages resume, including a half-page summary, 1-page project description per project, and education details.
- Must have a LinkedIn profile with a quality profile picture and their exact location listed.
Special Requirements
Visa: US citizen – Green card – Green card-EAD, H4 EAD, E-3, TN Only. Must live no further than 45 minutes from San Diego. Skype Interview. Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
