About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Nice CXOne Senior Developer to join our team. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring 3-4 days on-site. You will be responsible for developing and supporting NICE InContact (CXOne) solutions, including Studio Scripting and Omni-channel scripting. The role involves implementing and maintaining LiveVox dialer/SmartReach solutions, configuring and managing NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX, and NICE Quality Management. You will also integrate systems using APIs, Kafka, AWS services, and Elastic Stack (ELK), and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support NICE InContact (CXOne) solutions, including Studio Scripting and Omni-channel scripting.
  • Implement and maintain LiveVox dialer / SmartReach solutions with scripting.
  • Configure and manage NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX, and NICE Quality Management.
  • Integrate systems using APIs, Kafka, AWS services, and Elastic Stack (ELK).
  • Work with Salesforce Call Center components including SSO configuration, SailPoint profiling, Omni-channel setup, and Softphone integrations.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in LiveVox / NICE InContact development.
  • Hands-on experience with NICE InContact Studio Scripting (Omni-channel).
  • Strong expertise in: NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX Workforce Management, NICE Quality Management.
  • Experience with LiveVox dialer / SmartReach scripting.
  • Experience working with Kafka.
  • Knowledge of AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda) and Kafka configuration.
  • Experience with API Gateway, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Snowflake integration.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Call Center components, including: SSO configuration, SailPoint profiling, Omni-channel setup, Salesforce managed packages, Softphone integration with NICE & LiveVox switches.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Plano, TX
