About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced OCI Architect to design and implement a robust Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Landing Zone. You will be responsible for creating an enterprise-grade framework aligned with strict security, governance, and scalability requirements. This role focuses on “Security by Design,” ensuring all cloud foundations meet global compliance standards and provide a seamless environment for workload migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect OCI Landing Zones including Compartment Hierarchy for Production, Non-Production, and Shared Services.
- Architect Hub and Spoke network topologies using VCNs, Subnets, Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRG), and centralized Ingress/Egress.
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies based on the principle of Least Privilege.
- Deploy native security tools including Cloud Guard, Security Zones, OCI Vault, and Network Firewalls.
- Establish centralized logging and monitoring using OCI Audit Logs, Service Logs, and Logging Analytics.
- Define Governance Guardrails, including Tagging Strategies, Budget Controls, and Policy Enforcement.
- Automate provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
- Ensure alignment with Center for Internet Security (CIS) OCI Foundations Benchmarks.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Terraform for automated cloud deployments.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Networking (DRG, VCN Peering, Bastion Services).
- Strong background in Cloud Security (Encryption, Customer Managed Keys, NSGs).
- Experience with Enterprise Governance and multi-tenancy patterns.
Desirable Skills:
- OCI Solutions Architect Professional certification.
- Experience in large-scale Workload Migration to OCI.
- Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Database connectivity within Landing Zones.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,600 – $166,400 per year
