Position Summary: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
We are looking for a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to spearhead large-scale technology-enabled business transformations, with a specific focus on Logistics and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our global clients successfully adopt new SAP S/4HANA systems and streamlined business processes. Based primarily in the Eastern Time Zone with occasional travel to Atlanta, GA, you will work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to drive the people side of change. Your expertise will minimize resistance and maximize engagement across all levels of the organization.
Core Responsibilities in Change Strategy
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive OCM strategy that aligns with overarching project goals and business objectives.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to identify potential risks.
- Change Networks: Establish and manage change champion programs to foster grassroots support for new initiatives.
- Leadership Alignment: Facilitate sessions with executive leadership to ensure unified messaging and visible support for the transformation.
Logistics & OTC Domain Focus
The OCM Lead must possess deep functional knowledge of the following areas to effectively communicate changes to the workforce:
- Transportation Management: Understanding the shift in logistics planning and execution workflows.
- Fulfillment & Order Management: Guiding teams through new Order-to-Cash cycles and customer service protocols.
- Forecast to Stock: Managing the transition in planning and inventory management methodologies.
- SAP S/4HANA: Navigating the specific change impacts associated with SAP ERP implementations.
Communication and Enablement
A significant portion of this role involves designing and delivering high-impact communication plans. You will develop executive toolkits, targeted messaging, and comprehensive training strategies. By defining governance frameworks and monitoring adoption metrics, you will ensure that the transition is not just a technical success, but a cultural one. The ideal candidate is a master facilitator who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including clients, competitors, and third-party consultants, to achieve a seamless transition.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a proven track record of leading OCM for at least five major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems. Exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes are essential. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute tactical change deliverables, such as readiness assessments and management toolkits, while maintaining a focus on long-term adoption and risk mitigation.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
