Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Contractor specializing in Change Management within Organizational Change Consulting to lead and drive transformational initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee largescale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of change.
  • Analyze organizational impact and readiness for change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
  • Design and deliver training and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Monitor and measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to drive change initiatives and embed change into organizational culture.
  • Lead workshops and coaching sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships to foster buyin and support.
  • Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions and support.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior change management professionals and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to change management.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
