Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Contractor specializing in Change Management within Organizational Change Consulting to lead and drive transformational initiatives.
Job Description
- Lead and oversee largescale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of change.
- Analyze organizational impact and readiness for change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Design and deliver training and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies.
- Monitor and measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to drive change initiatives and embed change into organizational culture.
- Lead workshops and coaching sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships to foster buyin and support.
- Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions and support.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior change management professionals and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to change management.
