Job Title: Odessa/ Production Support Analyst (L1/L2/L3)
We are looking for a skilled Production Support Analyst to provide L1/L2/L3 support for the Odessa leasing and lending platform. This is an onsite contract role based in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in application support and AMS, with hands-on experience with the Odessa platform, strong SQL, and API troubleshooting skills. Domain knowledge in auto/commercial finance is also required.
Role Overview:
- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for the Odessa leasing and lending platform.
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Handle configuration changes, including product setup, workflows, rates, and user roles.
- Support integrations, APIs, and troubleshoot data flow issues.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
- Assist with reporting using SSRS and Power BI.
- Maintain accurate documentation for support processes and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze system logs and identify root causes of problems.
- Implement and test configuration changes in the Odessa platform.
- Collaborate with development teams on enhancements and bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data analysis and reporting.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Provide support for integrations and APIs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in application support or Application Management Services (AMS).
- Hands-on experience with the Odessa leasing and lending platform.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in API troubleshooting.
- Domain knowledge in auto/commercial finance.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (Estimated)
